Vrai Toi Aesthetics By Justine Elise is a premier Aesthetic Clinic in the Barnsley area of South Yorkshire, a short drive from the M1, Junction 37. The clinic is on the first floor and has plenty of on street parking.

Justine is a qualified registered mental health nurse, and continues to work within that field of practice. She is qualified in Advanced Botolinum Toxin, Advanced Dermal Filler, Lip Augmentation (both classic & signature styles), Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Fat Dissolving, Intramuscular Vitamins, Dermaplaning techniques and Skin Boosters.

Justine has a wealth of experience in patient care and the delivery of care tailored to each clients needs and wishes, ensuring that their voice is heard throughout.

She is a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber who can complete consultations and the prescriptions for other aesthetic practitioners.

Justine is qualified in non-pharmacological interventions to aid in the management of anxiety. These techniques are invaluable to those clients with associated needs when visiting the clinic; helping the visit to be as relaxing and enjoyable as can be.

Justine delivers the highest standards of care, and treatment to her clients, within the scope of her training. She continues to update her training to give her clients the most up to date and best practice treatments.

Justine is well known for being kind, and caring, liking to talk and having facial expressions "that do the talking for her", this only adds to the warmth that she shows to every client; actively listening to their concerns, and answering questions truthfully; even when this requires declining treatment when being unsuitable. Justine will talk each client through the process of treatment at the consultation and during the treatment, ensuring the client feels empowered with the decisions. Through these discussions, expectations will be managed.

Dermaplaning

£25

Dermaplaning is an exfoliation of the face removing vellus hair and dead skin cells from the skins outermost surface, leaving bright and radiant skin.

£15 if added to another treatment.

Microneedling

£60

Microneedling is a process where a handheld pen device is used to puncture the skin, causing the skin to repair and rejuvenate. This triggers the production of new elastin and collagen, revealing younger looking, firmer and healthier skin.

Add a dermaplaning session for just £15.

Chemical Peel

£50

Chemical Peels are a treatment for the face which removes the skin's damaged outer layers, improving the appearance, texture and tone of the skin, as well as the improvement of blemishes. This gives the skin a cleaner feel.

£60 for a stronger/deeper 20% AHA peel.

Luxury Facial

£95

The Luxury Facial incorporates a dermaplane, a chemical peel and a microneedling treatment over the course of two appointments. The first appointment will include a dermaplane followed by a chemical peel. After a minimum of 3/4 weeks, the treatment will conclude with a microneedling session.

Both appointments will include a double cleanse and a mini soothing and moisturising lymphatic drainage massage.

Dermal Fillers

Starting from £120 (for 1.1ml)

A natural hyaluronic acid gel which is injected into the desired area, smoothing out fine lines, folds, scars and wrinkles. This gives the face a plumper, firmer, youthful and fuller look, as well as hydrating the skin.

Nasal Labial Folds - 30 minutes - £140

These are the folds on either corner of the nose and extends vertically downwards to the outer corners of the mouth.

Peri-Oral Lines - 30 minutes - £120

These are the linear wrinkles radiating from the vermilion border.

Marionette Lines - 30 minutes - £140

These are the lines running vertically from the corner of the mouth down towards the chin.

Lip Augmentation

Using hyaluronic acid gel to add volume, definition and fullness to define the lip's shape, creating balance between the upper and lower lip.

Antiwrinkle Treatment

Due to changes to the industries regulations when advertising prescription only, POM, prices are unable to be advertised. Please get in touch to arrange a consultation and discuss the cost.

The process of this treatment causes the muscles to relax in the desired area, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles. Depending on the area treated, this can lift the brow, widen the eyes and give the forehead a smoother appearance.

A consultation is to be completed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the treatment due to this being a prescription only substance.

1 area ~ 15 minutes

2 areas ~ 30 minutes

3 areas ~ 30 minutes

Forehead lines, glabellar lines - the vertical '11' frown lines between the eyebrows - and crow's feet lines around the eyes are all treated as part of the 3 areas.

A consultation and review will be completed at day 14 (and no later than day 21 at the discretion of Justine and must be agreed at first consultation).

Fat Dissolving Treatment

£70~£120

The Fat Dissolving Treatment dissolves excess fat cells in the face, neck and body.

DESOFACE and DESOBODY are the next generation of injectable Deoxycholic Acid, fat dissolving injections, in the UK.

These injectable products are designed to dissolve localised pockets of stubborn fat that are otherwise unable to be broken down through exercise or diet.

The treatment is skilfully administered by subcutaneous injections which targets the excess fat deposits, liquefying them and permanently destroying the fat cells. Over the course of the following 6 weeks, this will naturally drain through the body's lymphatic system and be excreted by the body.

As suggested, DESOFACE treats facial areas such as the chin, neck and jowls.

DESOBODY treats other areas of the body including the arms, abdomen, stomach, flanks, buttocks, inner knees, thighs and back or bra (rolls).

Facial areas typically require 2~3 treatments whereas other areas generally require 4~8 treatments.

There will be a minimum of 6 weeks interval between each treatment.

However, these are only guidelines and may vary depending on the person.

Skin Boosters

£105 per sringe or £270 for 3 (if paid upfront)

An injectable hyaluronic acid treatment that hydrates the skin from within. It stimulates collagen production, improves laxity, targets skin texture and blemishes which leaves skin glowing, youthful and hydrated. Three treatments are recommended per area four weeks apart.

At consultation, the skins' quality will be assessed to create an individual treatment plan.

Intramuscular IM Vitamins

Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Biotin, Vitamin B Complex, Glutathione

Under eye jelly roll is used to minimise wrinkles and smooth the fat pad created when smiling. This will create a widening of the eye.

Gummy smile is treating the muscle that creates a pull on the upper lip which causes excess gums to be exposed. Relaxing this muscle drops the lip and minimises gum exposure.

Sad/Downturned smile is when the muscle at the corners of the mouth tightens and creates a downward pull on the corners of the mouth. Treatment relaxes this muscle and reduces the pull. This treatment works well in combination with the treatment of marionette lines.

Lip flip is the treatment of the upper lip when four injection points relaxes the muscle allowing the upper lip to flip outwards, creating a defined and plumped upper lip without the use of fillers.

Pebble chin is dimply or orange peel texture of the chin caused by a hyperactive or enlarged muscle. This also creates and deepens the crease between the lower lips and the chin. By treating and relaxing the muscle, this reduces the muscle activity, minimising the crease and smoothing the skins texture to reduce the orange peel effect.

Jawline slimming is used to treat the masseter when this has become hyperactive and overused creating a tightening and enlarged bulge on the jawline, often giving a square-like appearance of the jaw. Treating and relaxing of this muscle reduces its size causing a slimmer, feminine and more defined appearance of the jawline.

Sweat buster (underarm treatment).

Neck band treatment/ Nefertiti neck lift is when the overworked and tightening muscles of the jaw and neck create a pull, creating the exposed bands within the neck. Treating and relaxing these muscles weakens the pull and reduces the exposure of the bands. This treatment also reduces the jowls.
